Where it fits
SMSFs can't borrow directly — any property purchase needs a Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement (LRBA) via a custodian (bare) trust. Halo SMSF is one of the few products that does both residential and commercial, with decision cycles 2-3× faster than the big banks.
